Because statements and billing fees have become so expensive and in an effort to keep your medical costs down, WE ASK THAT YOU PAY FOR OFFICE VISITS AT THE TIME THE SERVICE IS RENDERED.

Our fees are usual and customary for this area. Fees for surgery include the usual follow-up care, but do not include x-rays, casts or bandages. The fee for a first office visit or a new problem will be higher than the fee for a follow-up visit.

We will be happy to discuss fees with you , and an estimate of fees for any surgical procedure will be given when requested.
